The new M585 multidisc block cutter with the innovative automatic unloading system that allows Serramarmi of f.lli Corrotti to increase the production of white Carrara marble strips has been launched.
The M585 multidisc block cutter, unique in its sturdiness and extremely high productivity, is equipped with a disc-holder trolley that allows the installation of 1700 mm diameter vertical discs to obtain 650 mm wide strips of the desired thickness.
The automatic unloader hooks up the finished product and gently deposits it onto a pallet regardless of the size and weight of the strip.
Everything is managed by an industrial PC installed on the machine with a touch-screen system that allows the management of all cutting parameters thanks to an easy-to-use program.
