Open frame saw GS122

Description

GS122 is a multi-blade open frame gang saw for rapid cutting of marble blocks by means of diamond blades.

Open frames gang saws are mainly used for sawing irregular blocks and where large production are not required.

The columns, built with heavy cast iron, support the special frame guiding units, which consist of an extremely rigid structure that allows the blade stack to be used at maximum tension.

Tensioning of the blades is accomplished by means of a hydraulic tensioner equipped with a pressure compensator through special steel tie-bars.

GS122 gang saws are offered in 3 versions depending on the working width of the blade-holder frame:

30 blades - 40 blades - 50 blades

Due to their exceptional productivity, the 40- and 50-blade versions are also particularly suitable for the "on the ground" sawing of large and regular blocks of fragile materials, achieving excellent quality results with difficult materials such as lava stone.
