GS131
80-blade gang saw for marble
80-blade gang saw for marble
Description
GS131 is a modern-designed gang saw for the rapid cutting of marble blocks by means of diamond blades working with fixed-height blade-holder frame and lifting block-holding platform.
The 80-blade gang saw represents the synthesis of tested technical solutions and the most advanced construction technologies: it allows for high cutting stroke, long cutting stroke and ensures accurate cuts even at the highest lowering speeds. The special "pendulum" system that allows frictionless movement of the blade-holder frame makes this machine smooth and efficient.
The large dimension of all mechanical parts makes it a machine of very high quality, strength and reliability thus providing the user maximum performance over time.
The special "pendulum" system allows frictionless movement of the blade-holder frame
Available in versions with front or side block carrier trolley
It allows simultaneous handling of block cutting with different thicknesses
Machine components
The blade-holder frame is supported and guided by four groups with a "pendulum" system. Each unit consists of two opposing pendulum arms hinged on the column and connected by a compensator. With this technology, the cutting effort is always equally divided over 8 swing points ensuring straight and frictionless stroke.
The blade-holder frame is housed inside the machine and has an alternating movement at a fixed height. The closed structure, highly resistant, allows the diamond blades to be tensioned evenly and straight.
The heavy eight-spokes flywheel and two welding free connecting rods regulate the movement of the blade-holder frame
