Automatic strip loader M301-312

Description

M301 is a machine equipped with suction cup holding frame designed for automatic in-line loading of strips. The strips are taken from a vertical position on pallets and deposited in a horizontal position on a motorized roller bench.

M301 is set according to the type of processed material and can operate on marble, travertine, granite, limestone, sedimentary stone, slate and similar stones.

The automatic cycle is controlled by PLC and programming is easily done by self-learning.

Configurations

The loader for strips is available in different versions:

M301 automatic loader/unloader for strips

For the loading phase, M301 picks up the strips from a vertical position on a pallet and deposits them in a horizontal position on a motorized roller bench. During unloading, the strips are pre-washed from horizontal position on the motorized roller conveyor and deposits them in vertical position on pallet.

M312 automatic loader for strips

The M312 loader is offered in a version with a rotating platform for replacing the empty pallet without stopping the line and in versions for its frontal or lateral positioning relative to the line

M312 over-turner

The loader is also manufactured with two suction cup holding frames for its use as an over-turner in lines that process resinated or embellished materials
