Description

M750 is a continuous cross cutting machine with automatic cycle for cutting marble and granite strips for mass production of elements with finished length.

M750 works in a continuous cycle without interruption. The strip moves towards the cutting area where the discs are positioned to cut it into orthogonal formats.

The M750 performs all stages of the cutting cycle simultaneously, achieving high forwarding speeds and operational continuity even with short strips.

The exclusive features of the M750 cross cutting machine make it unique and enable it to achieve very high production performance.

When equipped with a graphic interface touch-screen PC (optional), the M750 can automatically cut the strip in different sizes by taking advantage of the entire useful length.

The continuous cycle of the M750 includes the following steps:

A transversal belt feeder/deviator moves the strip to the machine's conveyor belt
The conveyor belt moves it to the disc-holding heads
The disc-holding heads perform the cutting of the strip to the programmed sizes
The cut waste falls by gravity, while a special suction cup transfer unit unloads the cut elements and conveys them to the rest of the line

The M750 multi-disc cross cutting machine is available in different versions characterized by the combination of the following parameters:

Strips length

M750LD to process strips with a maximum length of 2400 mm.

It is normally used in lines for strips with limited lengths and can be equipped with a maximum number of 8 heads

M750LT to process strips with a maximum length of 3500 mm.

It is normally used in large production lines for strips and can be equipped with a maximum number of 12 heads

Special sizes

Large thicknesses: for cutting large thicknesses of granite, the machine is equipped with double in-line discs to perform cutting by dividing the stress and consumption over two discs

Special widths: the special width version allows the cutting of strips up to 1200 mm and is used in Pedrini Cutline plants for cutting slabs in formats
