Arco di Trionfo M594 – M596
Cutting centre for granite blocks
Cutting centre for granite blocks
Description
The Arco di Trionfo cutting centre has been designed for cutting granite blocks and other types of natural stones by means of a series of water-cooled diamond discs to obtain strips with predefined thickness and height.
This machine consists of three operating units: the vertical discs bridge, the horizontal disc bridge and the automatic unloader bridge. They all act in perfect synchronism, running on two side tracks.
Arco di Trionfo is available in two models - M594 and M596 - which can be customized according to the maximum size that can be obtained and the production quantity required.
Blocks to be cut are moved to the cutting area by special motorized block carrier trolleys. The cutting centre is easily programmed from a console, placed on the machine, with a user-friendly colour screen that allows management and display of the various processing cycles.

Built with normalized heavy carpentry components that form an extremely compact, agile and fast structure
Arco di Trionfo is available in two versions.
M594
It consists of three independent units: vertical discs, horizontal disc and automatic unloader with suction cups.
Blocks are driven into the cutting area by one large block carriage.
M596
The three operating units have double width and move synchronously on the same tracks.
It works with two independent trolleys that alternate positions for vertical and horizontal cutting, ensuring 24-hour work cycles.
Machine components
The horizontal disc unit uses a 350-mm-diameter diamond disc that enables the cutting of strips up to 30 mm thick.
The automatic strip unloader is made with a unique structure that slides on the outer sides of the two main tracks and interposes with the movement of the horizontal disc to unload the strips after the horizontal cutting is performed.
The disc- holder trolley structure is the most important part of the Arco di Trionfo. Its smooth and continuous sliding on the bridge is enabled by the special V-shaped slides and four contrasting wheels that create a “clearance-free” movement.
