Cross cutting machines M702

Description

M702 and M705 are automatic cycle machines equipped with one or two diamond discs for head and tail removal of marble and granite strips or for the production of trimmed strips with predefined modular lengths.

The orthogonal cuts are performed closed to the two irregular parts of the strips to enable their subsequent removal.

They are used for high production finishing lines.

The PLC-controlled cycle sequentially involves the cutting of the strip, its removal and the positioning of the next strip.

M702

Single-disc automatic cross cutting machine that performs the cutting of the head and tail of the strip in two steps, with the following working cycle:

A set of sensors at the entry side reads the profile of the strip and defines the head cutting point. The strip enters the cutting area and stops at the disc to perform the cut
The strip moves forward to read the tail profile and is repositioned for cutting execution.

M702 special version

Automatic cross cutting machine for the production of finished elements.

This version is equipped with the strip aligning unit that ensures the orthogonality of cuts. It is also equipped with a device that controls the conveyor belt forward movement, allowing cuts with programmed measures for finished elements.

M705

Automatic double-disc cross cutting machine that performs cutting of the head and tail of the strip in a single cycle as follows:

The first disc is stationary while the second disc, with a variable position, automatically moves according to the length of the strip.
The two ends are eliminated in a single cutting cycle
