Description

Single diamond disc machines for the cross cutting and production of dimensioned elements, which perform the cross cutting of marble or granite strips perfectly orthogonal to the strip reference side.

The cutting cycle is semi-automatic and involves the presence of the operator.

The forwarding speed of the head is decreased during the final cutting phase by a system of sensors that also adjust the length of the stroke.

To ensure the perfect geometry of the assembly, the plane for fixing the head support, the orthogonal reference plate fixing plane and entry/exit sides roll shafts mounting bores are machined on the one-piece base with a single positioning at the tool machine.

The machines are equipped with 11 pivoting stops in fixed positions for cutting standard sizes and with an adjustable stop for cutting special sizes.

The machines can be supplied with numerous optional to increase the cutting thickness with the use of discs up to 650 mm diameter and to increase the automation level.
