Automatic slabs loader B415

Description

The B415C loader is equipped with suction cup holder frame furnished with a hydraulic system for detaching slabs from the stack.

The B415S unloader is equipped with supports for supporting the slabs during the tilting operations.

The machines consist of a movable tilting structure that moves on a pair of rails fixed to the floor to approach the slab support in a vertical position for gripping or unloading the material. The tilting bench includes a set of motorized rollers to transport the slabs horizontally.

The hydraulic system housed in the base enables the three main machine movements:

Three-position tilting lift: at 0° in the transport phase, at 85° in the displacement phase and at 95° in the slab pick-up or unloading phase
Retractable entry and exit of suction cup assembly or transversal roller assembly
Vertical sliding movement during gripping and placing on a support during unloading

The automatic machines for loading and unloading marble and granite slabs have automatic cycle controlled by PLC.

The B415 slabs loader and unloader are available in different versions characterized by the combination of the following parameters:

Slab supports

The machines can be combined with single fixed slabs support or double slabs support on rotating platform

Type of processing

B415C: automatic tilting unloader with retractable suction cups inserted between the rollers of the conveyor bench
B415S: automatic tilting unloader with retractable transversal rollers inserted between the rollers of the conveyor bench.

Both models are recommended for horizontal slabs processing lines.
B415P: automatic tilting loader/unloader with insertion on comb shaped roller bench. Recommended for slab processing lines to be inserted in small spaces or for intermediate unloading.
