Description

For the application of reinforcing net, Pedrini has several solutions so as to facilitate the operator in the steps of cutting the net and laying it on the processed material:

• Unwinder with net cutting
  
  Unwinder with net cutting by means of a button-operated moving tool along one axis. It is equipped with a ladder that provides easy access for loading the rollers.

• Automatic reinforcement net dispenser
  
  The automatic net dispenser is combined with a transport module for slab supports and consists of two units: unwinder/cutting unit and mobile pneumatic clamp to lay the net.
  
  The clamp unit takes the net and unwinds it without resting it on the material. Once the set length is reached, the tool cuts the net and the clamp unit lays the net over the material.
  
  This solution is suitable for large production capacities. 

• Automatic net dispenser with Gravity robot
  
  This is a space-saving solution that mounts the clamps on the Gravity cartesian robot in combination with the motorized unwinder.
