Catalysis towers

Description

Catalysis towers consist of a multi-level structure designed to house the slabs. They are available with varying numbers of floors depending on the type of resin and on the production capacity required. Vertical movement and insertion of the slabs supports into the available floor is performed by sturdy and fast inverter-controlled elevators.

Models vary according to the available height:

• Single towers with 20, 30, 40, 50 levels
• Double towers with 20+20, 30+30, 40+40, 50+50 levels

The towers are covered with insulation panels to keep the internal temperature constant throughout its volume, approximately 40 to 60°C depending on the material processed and the resin used.

The hot air distribution system features multiple inlets for each floor to ensure constant air flow and equal temperature at each individual tower location.
