The tunnel drying oven is a Pedrini exclusive and consists of a tunnel shielded with insulating panels. The hot air flow has a direction opposite to the movement of the material and ensures that moisture is first removed and then eliminated.

The catalysis towers consist of a multi-level structure available with a variable number of floors depending on the type of resin and production capacity required. The vertical movement and insertion of the supports into the available floor is performed by sturdy and fast inverter-controlled elevators.

To speed up the catalysis process, Pedrini has developed MICROWAVE, the microwave oven that is the result of an exclusive study of our company, the first to broadly apply this technology in the natural stone sector. It is an oven that operates with closed doors with total safety for the operator.

To facilitate the operator's work during the mixing and resin application phase, several solutions are available, including the Gravity Cartesian robot that performs the resin application cycle automatically. It is the ideal solution for large production capacities.

Various solutions are available for applying the reinforcement net, facilitating the operator in the steps of cutting the net and spreading it on the processed material. The net dispenser can be manual unwinding and cutting, unwinding by means of a mobile tool with a button for cutting the net, or fully automatic with an unwinding/cutting unit and a mobile spreader with pneumatic clamps.
