Drying towers

Description

Deep drying of the material before resin application is essential. The drying and pre-heating oven must perform a dual action: removing residual moisture from the slabs and heating them up to a temperature suitable for resin application, approximately 40°C.

Pedrini's RESINLINE plants use two types of ovens: exclusive horizontal tunnel system and multi-level towers system.

Both systems provide thermo-controlled hot air recirculation.

The tower drying oven consists of a multi-level structure designed to house the slabs. It is available with variable number of levels depending on the available height space. Vertical movement of the slabs supports in the available floor is performed by sturdy and fast inverter-controlled lifts. The tower is covered with insulating panels to maintain constant internal temperature throughout its volume.

The hot air distribution system has multiple inlets for each floor to uniformly heat the material at the top and bottom.

Pedrini RESINLINE plants are fully customizable based on various requirements, including the type of drying.

RESINLINEs with drying tower have material loading and unloading at opposite ends of the line.
