Galaxy B220-GX-T3 is the innovative slab polishing machine with 3 moving beams designed to perfect the slab polishing process as well as the processing of new stone materials.
Galaxy B220-GX-T3 moves the three beams synchronously or independently, allowing to simultaneously manage slabs with different widths without the need to completely empty the machine at each batch change, as is the case with single-beam polishers.
In addition, the three moving beams make it possible to optimize of the use of tools in the three processing phases: honing, pre-polishing and polishing.
For its multi-beam polishing machine, Pedrini has developed QuickEase, the easy and intuitive software that enhance production. With its user-friendly interface and visually intuitive design, QuickEase allows operators toeffortlessly manage all production-related tasks with remarkable ease, speed, and versatility.

The Galaxy B220GX-T3 polishing machine is available in two versions:
B220GX-18-T3:
equipped with 18 polishing heads, 6 per moving beam
B220GX-21-T3:
equipped with 21 polishing heads, 7 per moving beam
Machine components
The three beams can move synchronously or independently, allowing to simultaneously manage slabs with different widths. The beams are moved by means of pinion/rack systems driven by inverter-controlled motors.
Rotor is the patented spindle that forms the technological heart of Galaxy B220GX-T3 and is made with a one-piece vertical slide assembly with positioning electronically controlled by transducer. It works with a pneumatic counterpressure system.
The Antishock head with 7 tilting abrasive-holder levers is an exclusive Pedrini patent. It uses a special mechanism to obtain tilting and sequential motion of the 7 abrasives. The head accomplishes a perfectly linear contact between abrasives and material, achieving maximum performance.
