Carrara: the top of marble slabs polishing achieved by Pedrini

Ulivi Marmi di Ulivi Jean Mary e Jean Pierre & C., one of the biggest companies of Carrara district, has been recently updated by equipping its factory with the latest Pedrini technologies for marble slabs polishing.

The very high production capacity plant is mainly composed of two slabs polishing machines Galaxy B220MA with 8 heads, for pre-polishing, and with 16 heads, for slabs polishing.
These are higher quality machines which, thanks to the exclusive spindles Rotor, assure the best polishing performances.

A fully automated high tech line completed with automatic loading and unloading systems Butterfly B416, plastering unit with automatic application of the mastic by means of spatulas, UV rays oven, waxing machine M242, scanner M257 and automatic distributor of anti-scratch substance M247 for the slabs protection.
