Description

 

SINGLEWIRE JUPITER GS210 is a single-wire and two-wire machine for marble and granite with an open structure used for squaring blocks and cutting slabs and/or large thicknesses of stone materials. The machine iso composed of two columns rigidly fixed to the foundations and a connecting crossbeam, built in normalized steel work.

 

It works with a closed-circuit diamond wire and is offered in different configurations and with different levels of automation to better suit each customer's needs.

 

The two large wheels, one for driving and one for tensioning, with a diameter of 2050 mm are made of lightweight ray structure and are mounted on the two moving parts.

 

It is managed by a control panel equipped with the necessary buttons for manual operation and a PLC with touch-screen panel that allows programming of cutting cycles and control of working parameters.

Tensioning wheel

The idle wheel is used for pneumatic tensioning that controls and maintains the tension of the diamond wire during cutting. The large wheel, with a diameter of 2050 mm, is housed in a special superlight opening structure compartment.

Driving wheel

The speed of the wire driving wheel is controlled by inverter. The large wheel, with a diameter of 2050 mm, is housed in a special superlight opening structure compartment.

Block carrier trolley

The motorized block carrier trolley equipped with the side rails can also be supplied in a version with a motorized rotating table that allows cutting of the 4 sides without having to move the block.
