For block cutting, the excellent performance of the initial Multifilo machines led Welt to install 4 new state-of-the-art Multifilo Jupiter machines, one of which is dedicated to thin cutting at 12mm. This investment has allowed for further increasing production capacity, with a reduction in energy consumption and with an even more efficient process yield.
Pedrini also installed the Spectra B220ES at Welt Graniti, the first planetary calibrating machine equipped with the latest technologies.

Words that are proudly reaffirmed today with the installation of a new fully automated resinline, equipped with the Gravity B480 Cartesian Robot.
This exclusive Pedrini system detects the area and perimeter of the material, performs, spreads, and cuts the mesh completely automatically, then dispenses and distributes the resin across the entire surface of the slab.
Fully relying on Pedrini’s technology, two B220GX 20-head slab polishing machine were also installed at Welt, demonstrating the excellent results achieved over time.
