Pedrini introduces the innovative GALAXY MX-T2 and GALAXY MX-T3, a new version of the marble slab polishing machine available in models with two and three moving beams, designed to perfect the polishing process.
The moving beams can be managed with different translation speeds, optimizing the performance of tools in all stages of the honing, pre-polishing, and polishing process.
GALAXY MX moves its spindle-holder beams synchronously or independently, allowing for simultaneous processing of slabs with different widths without the need to completely empty the machine at each size change, as is the case with single-beam polishers.
For its multi-beam polishing machine, Pedrini has developed QuickEase, the easy and intuitive software that enhance production. With its user-friendly interface and visually intuitive design, QuickEase allows operators toeffortlessly manage all production-related tasks with remarkable ease, speed, and versatility.

The Galaxy B220MX-T multi-beam polishing machine is available in two versions:
B220MX-18-T2:
equipped with 2 moving beams, each with 6 polishing plates
B220MX-18-T3:
equipped with 3 moving beams, each with 6 polishing plates
Machine components
The three beams can move synchronously or independently, allowing to simultaneously manage slabs with different widths. The beams are moved by means of pinion/rack systems driven by inverter-controlled motors.
Rotor is the patented spindle that forms the technological heart of Galaxy B220MX-T2/T3 and is made with a one-piece vertical slide assembly with positioning electronically controlled by transducer. It works with a pneumatic counterpressure system.
B220MX-T2/T3 polishing plate has a 520 mm diameter and houses 8 abrasives. The plate, built through mechanical operation from a single piece of aluminium, is characterized by reliability and sturdiness. The connection between the Rotor spindle and the polishing plate is performed by a multidirectional joint, which has the advantage of optimizing the action of the abrasives.
